Our family built our first home from the ground up and started homesteading on two acres of land in Farmington, Maine back in 2006. The purchase of more land at a nearby location in 2016 significantly increased our crop production area and our capacity for agricultural research, and the land use has evolved over time according to the goals and objectives of the family's farming plan.
Today these ten acres on the Industry Road in Farmington are used for agricultural, educational and ecological purposes, offering fresh and preserved produce grown and/or foraged on site as well as a curated selection of fine foods grown and made by other local farmers, food artists and chefs.

Our recipes were perfected over decades in our grandmothers' home kitchens and then adapted for restaurant service over the past two decades of our owner's career as a pastry chef. Trust that every offering will be an experience in flavor, texture, and even emotion.
Sugar-dusted pastries that are so flaky they shatter as you bite into them, generous fruit fillings including our own rich lemon curd, wild Maine blueberry, raspberry, or strawberry, and piped full of our signature Italian meringue cream frosting. Price is per each - visit our store to order by the box or dozen.

We grow/forage/create many of these offerings ourselves in our licensed farm kitchen, and those we buy in from other Maine makers are simply the best we have found, to bring to you!
